Composer and Producer Zach Bacon has credits that feature in film projects, personal records, video game soundtracks and sound design. These include the projects My Stand, The Darkest Tower, Wishful Thinking and Apollo 11.
Bacon first started studying Music Composition at the University of Utah. He then transferred to Westminster University to finish a Music Composition and Technology degree. At Westminster, he began studying under Devin Maxwell.
While at the University of Utah, Bacon composed and produced music for a University of Utah mental health podcast, composed pieces that were performed at venues at the school, and even performed his own pieces. While at Westminster, Bacon worked the Audio/Visual for performances at the school. In this position, he had access to a recording studio to work on music.
Bacon's love for music started at a young age. He has been studying piano since he was 8 years old. He is or has been a student of Rebecca Huff (a student of Josh Wright), Viktor Valkov and Kimi Kawashima.
